Royal expert Gareth Russell exclusively told ‘GB News‘ that Lady Louise Windsor plans to “follow in Princess Kate’s footsteps” by protecting her future partner from the public eye until it is completely official and undeniable.
The opinions come after Louise Windsor participated for the first time in the Sandringham Horse Trials in Norfolk with the company of Felix da Silva-Clamp, a college classmate who seems to have supported her throughout the learning process, which made her wonder if they were in a romantic relationship.
Russell said, “the bigger step with any relationship for a senior or junior member of the Royal Family would be letting the public know for certain that it’s happening“, adding, “But it’s a very different thing between talking to your family and discussing it with the public“.
The expert also assured that it would not be the first royal relationship to be kept secret for a long time before formalizing everything; “With the relationship between William and Catherine, there was a lengthy period of which it was private” and added, “When she’ll introduce him say to her parents versus her uncle, etc, that’ll obviously be up to her”.
