K-Netizens accused Bang Si Hyuk of being obsessed with aespa’s Karina

The Kpop industry is in constant change, including virtual bands. This involves the newest titled SYNDI8. At first, the K-Netizens reacted happily to this new girl group but had a change of heart after finding several similarities between one of the members with aespa’s Karina.

One of the members named CANARY stirred up controversy because the name in Korean is similar to Karina, and their names are spelled with identical hangeul characters. Several K-Netizens accused Bangi Si Hyuk of being creepy and obsessed with the idol by creating a virtual character similar to Karina.

The similarities didn’t end there, as CANARY’s MBTI and height are both identical to Karina’s. The reactions were majorly negative and users accused Bang Si Hyuk of being in love with Karina and demanded an explanation to clear the air.
