BLACKPINK’s Lisa paid Thai shop owners to help her shoot her video

BLACKPINK fans, it’s time to wave your lightsticks! But little did we know that the BLACKPINK member paid Thai shop owners to help her shoot her video.

Yes, you read that right! It turns out the “MONEY” hitmaker sent their way 20,000 Baht (that’s around 530 dollars) so they could close their shops earlier. The reason? She needed the streets totally shut down for the “ROCKSTAR” music video shoot. In exchange, the singer displayed her awareness and gave the Yaowarat Road store owners compensation.
