In recent revelations, a close friend of BTS member Jimin confessed what the K-Pop idol regrets about his mandatory military service after being enlisted in December 2023 and the moment he apologized for not checking on him during his enlistment.
The popular singer Ha Sung-woon was recently interviewed by GQ Korea, in which he shared a sincere message he received from the interpreter of ‘Like Crazy’ who is currently fulfilling his military service: “Once Jimin, who was in the military, called me and said he was sorry“.
During the phone conversation, he asked Jimin, “‘Why are you sorry?’ and laughed because I knew exactly how he felt“. He continued to say the response of the BTS member, “Hyung, I played too much when you were in the military… I am so sorry that I didn’t call you…”
This demonstrates how bad the singer was feeling for his previous actions when Ha Sung-woon enlisted. Finally, the Wanna One member said, “Hey, you, see? Right? You can now feel how hard it was for me, right? But now I’m getting out!” as he was discharged early this year.
