Kate Middleton became the elephant in the room for her notorious absence from the major royal events since the start of 2024. The Princess previously shared with the royal followers she has been undergoing preventive chemotherapy after she was diagnosed with an unspecified form of cancer. She was also missing during a heartwarming outing of the Wales clan.

Prince William, Princess Charlotte, and Prince George all three attended Taylor Swift’s “The Eras Tour” during the first stop in London. They even took a photo together and posted it on their official social media accounts. However, the royal followers immediately noticed the Princess of Wales’ absence.

The British media outlets thought she would be back to her royal duties and appear frequently in public after she surprised the royal followers at the Trooping the Colour event. However, things might not have been as predicted.

Katie Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight that Kate Middleton hasn’t returned fully to her royal duties regardless of the big surprise during the event. She also stated that the Princess is tolerating her preventive chemotherapy and she is doing better, which implies she might return soon, once she feels secure she can handle the royal burden.
