Everything seems to indicate that the discomfort of Queen Letizia still does not cease, as she has decided to leave her foot injury exposed with flat sandals at the King Felipe VI anniversary event on June 19th, which has caused much concern among the Spanish monarchy supporters.
What initially appeared to be a slight discomfort from a domestic accident ended up being a broken toe phalanx in the monarch’s left foot, and this could be seen at the ceremony for the awarding of Civil Merit medals to a selection of outstanding citizens.
Queen Letizia appeared at the ceremony with the sandal model Almost Bare of the Italian brand Aquazzura. The main intention of that shoe was to expose the injury to avoid aggravating it, besides being ideally comfortable for walking to be completely flat.
Many supporters of the Spanish royalty have been completely surprised to see the evident injury of Queen Litizia in the left toe that prevents her from standing for long periods of time, as well as using high-luxury footwear such as the one usually used by the wife of King Felipe VI.
