Katy Perry gets hatred online for working with Kesha’s alleged abuser

The beloved “Firework” singer Katy Perry is under huge public scrutiny due to the inclusion of Dr Luke, who Kesha accused of sexual assault, in the production of her upcoming single, “Woman’s World”, which is set to be released Junly 11th. Social media users have pointed out that allowing a denounced sexual abuser to get involved in a song about the power of women is, at least, ironic. The wave of hatred towards the 39 years old singer has been notorious, and it looks like Katy herself might have noticed it.

On the social media platform TikTok particularly, she had been attacked so much that they had to take down the snippet of the song and all the material about the song to avoid further conversations and criticism.
