King Charles III’s Trooping the Colour was a complete success for the Royal Family. Two of the biggest highlights of the event were the King himself being in great spirits and the surprise appearance of Kate Middleton after months of disappearance from royal duties.
The King’s weekend can be described as marvelous after he also attended church service being the first time since his cancer diagnosis. Queen Camilla Parker and King Charles III went to St. Mary Magdalene Church, close to Sandringham House.
The special appearance came a day after he expressed thanks for all of the supporting messages he had received from the British people. He described the messages as “the greatest comfort and encouragement” and might be possibly the best motivation for him to resume his daily basis.
The private church offers King Charles III a place of shelter where he can be isolated from any risk of infection during the treatment of his unspecified form of cancer. It is expected that the King fully resume his royal duties after two months of working behind the scenes.
