After a statement on social media and after a long absence, Kate Middleton finally makes her first public reappearance since her cancer diagnosis at Trooping the Colour, where she was seen smiling with a good countenance while aboard a black carriage with her three children.
Kate was undoubtedly the center of attention at the ceremony, as since her cancer announcement, she has put all her royal engagements on hold to undergo chemotherapy treatment in the privacy of her home, avoiding any public appearances, even on social media.
However, everything seems to be going well, as during the carriage ride, the Princess of Wales made sure to greet her supporters and showed a good attitude throughout the event, which is consistent with what she mentioned on Friday, June 14th, in the statement issued on social networks.
Kate Middleton shared the first update on her health from her own perspective and assured, “I am making good progress“. However, she also said, “But as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days“. She still showed her commitment to the royals and honored her army by attending the Trooping the Colour ceremony.
