Since Prince Harry departed from the Royal Family in 2020 and relocated to the United States with his family to live a calmer life, things haven’t been the same. It is well known that the Prince doesn’t have many allies inside or outside of the British Monarchy, and one of his long-term friends seems to have “betrayed” him.
The Duke of Sussex and David Beckham’s relationship has had tons of beautiful moments since he first relocated to California with his wife, Meghan Markle. However, trouble came to town sooner than everyone expected as Meghan accused the Beckham marriage of leaking private information to the press.
Their relationship gradually degraded and allegedly David Beckham has already picked a side in the infamous beef between Prince Harry and the Royal Family. Beckham did not just attend King Charles III’s Foundation Awards but he also presented some of the prizes.
Although the event was celebrated on June 11, David Beckham also visited previously the monarch at Highgrove Gardens in Gloucestershire to learn more about the organization and check out some of the charity’s educational programs at workshops.
“I’m excited to be working with The King’s Foundation and to have the opportunity to help raise awareness of the charity’s work. I’ve always been keen to help young people to expand their horizons and I’m particularly looking forward to supporting the Foundation’s education programs and its efforts to ensure young people have greater access to nature.”
David Beckham’s attendance at one of the Royal Family’s events is a blunt message to Prince Harry that their long-term friendship has come to an end. At the end of the day, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are running out of friends’ options.
