TXT is currently making waves across the United States with their dazzling “TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE>.” During one of the tour stops in Rosemont, Illinois Yeonjun was all about showing support for his LGBTQIA+ fans and Pride Month. The show, which took place at Allstate Arena on June 5, is surely a safe place for TXT’s diverse fans.
The heartfelt moment unfolded as Yeonjun connected with fans, specifically Loaf (@apparentlyasian on TikTok). They brought a Pride flag, seeking signatures from the band. The flag, already adorned with messages in at least eight different languages from various fans, symbolized a collective effort of love and solidarity.
@apparentlyasian when i tell you i went back to my hotel and sobbed… this means so much to us queer kids. signed by ALL FIVE members. HAPPY PRIDE MONTH, MOA! 🌈🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ ✨ @TOMORROW X TOGETHER #txt #moa #yeonjun #sendoff #pridemonth #lgbtq #prideflag #progressflag #trans #transgender #nonbinary
The instant when the TXT member signed the flag was captured and it’s already moving on social media platforms X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok. The footage shows Loaf offering the flag to Yeonjun and while the staff initially declined to accept the gift, Yeonjun expressed he wanted to keep it. Loaf later shared his reaction online, saying:
“when I tell you I went back to my hotel and sobbed… this means so much to us queer kids. signed by ALL FIVE members. HAPPY PRIDE MONTH, MOA!”
The moment garnered online attention, with thousands of likes and views on both TikTok and X. But this was not just any viral moment, it also highlighted the deep connection and meaningful interactions between idols and fans, particularly those who identify as LGBTQIA+.
