Doja Cat makes fun of her own homophobic comments on TikTok

The ever-controversial Doja Cat has taken social media over social media again, reacting to one of her old videos making a homophobic comment! The video is now moving across platforms, especially TikTok and X (Formerly known as Twitter), proving the “Paint the Town Red” songwriter has a sharp tongue and a dark sense of humor.

The video in question shows the rapper herself in what seems to be two very different moments: in one of the clips she can be seen with purple hair, saying “Happy Pride Month you guys. Pride this year is different, but it’s just as fierce as ever.” After that, another old clip of hers was added, where she can be heard claiming “Stop being a fagg*t.” The two videos, now turned into memes, reveal Doja Cat’s sass and bold jokes.

Far from apologizing or explaining the context behind the seemingly homophobic footage, the rapper decided to take things with humor. On the now viral TikTok, she commented “I CANT BREATHA,” making fun of the throwback videos. And this is no surprise, ever since Doja Cat started promoting her third studio album, “Scarlet,” she changed her sense of humor and style.
