Prince William has been known for being a Rugby passionate along with Kate Middleton. Unfortunately, the Prince had a rough time writing a new touching tribute following the death of a rugby star with Motor Neuron Disease (MND).
Rob Burrow’s death was announced on Sunday following his diagnosis in December 2019. The rugby star died at the age of 41 and left an incredible void for all of his followers, including Prince William.
The Prince of Wales mentioned Kate Middleton during this emotional tribute, explaining that he and Catherine sent all of his love to Rob Burrow’s family during this adversity time. This is one of the first times that the Prince has mentioned Kate in a public statement since her cancer diagnosis in February.
A legend of Rugby League, Rob Burrow had a huge heart. He taught us, ‘in a world full of adversity, we must dare to dream.’ Catherine and I send our love to Lindsey, Jackson, Maya and Macy. W
