According to The Hollywood Reporter, controversial pop star Madonna is being sued by Justen Lipeles for exposing her fans to explicit content without their consent at the singer’s concert at the Kia Forum in March, where he claims there were “topless women on stage simulating sex acts“.
Justen Lipeles, a fan who attended the show and was completely disgusted with Madonna’s stage show, accused her of “negligent misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false advertising, and breach of written contract“. He also claims that the heat was suffocating in the venue.

Additionally, attendees claim that Madonna was disrespectful to the fans, as her performance started very late because the artist showed up 2 hours late, yet she did not apologize and performed the show as if she were arriving on time.
In the past, the ‘isla bonita’ singer performed a concert where she was late and said, “I am sorry I am late… no, I am not sorry, it’s who I am… I’m always late“. Even so, two fans sued Madonna for “unconscionable, unfair and/or deceptive trade practices”.
