Adele expressed her thoughts and told the fans that her physical changes didn’t happen overnight, she remarked in a two-year journey of taking care of herself. Adele also revealed to British Vogue she gradually lost weight during this period by lifting weights, hiking, and doing cardio at night, she even confessed she started working out because she felt anxious.
“I realized that when I was working out, I didn’t have any anxiety. It was never about losing weight. I thought, ‘If I can make my body physically strong, and I can feel that and see that, then maybe one day I can make my emotions and my mind physically strong. I got quite addicted to it”
