Why does Prince Harry tuck his hands in his coat during public appearances?

Prince Harry has been in the spotlight since he departed the Royal Family in 2020, and subsequently the release of his memoir, “Spare.” This is the reason why the British media outlets are always waiting for updates on him, particularly during her public appearances, they even noticed he behaves in a certain way during events.

Several royal followers also noticed that Prince Harry used to tuck his hands in his coats. Although people state this is a common behavior, the body language expert, Traci Brown, wanted to express her thoughts on the Prince.

Brown explained that this is likely a habit but also could hint he is not quite comfortable with the situation. She also expressed this is a mechanism of protecting himself although he does this unconsciously.

Prince Harry didn’t address this kind of behavior in his memoir, “Spare,” but surely he is going to address it someday when he feels confident enough to talk openly about his relationship with himself.
