A few hours ago, the British people were surprised as Prince William canceled his royal engagements and attended a football match with his firstborn Prince George, sharing a great passion for both of them and enchanting the UK with their interactions.
On May 21st, the British royal family announced they would cancel their engagements “which may appear to divert attention or distract from the election campaign” during this week as a protocol due to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak calling for a surprise general election in the first days of July.
However, Prince William appeared on Saturday 25th to attend the FA Cup final between Manchester City and Manchester United at Wembley accompanied by his son Prince George, who is a great fan of this sport, and fulfill his work as the Football Association president by awarding the trophy to the winning team.
