RIIZE might have officially debuted last year, but they’re already making a major international splash! Why, you ask? Well, the group was recently honored by the Los Angeles City Council for promoting the City of Angels with their different promotional activities. This achievement comes as the boy band is rolling out their debut EP “RIIZING,” making it all the more exciting for fans.

Council President Paul Krekorian and Council member John Lee praised the group with a dazzling plaque, thanking them for connecting LA to the world. This is partly due to RIIZE’s music video for “Get A Guitar,” which was filmed in the Californian city. The council member described it as “a love letter to LA and a showcase of the city’s landmarks.”
The group thanked the Council President and members for the honor, and Anton went on to say a few words. The RIIZE member (who was also born and raised in the United States) expressed how Los Angeles was very important to the group and talked about the different memories they have from their time in this city.
“RIIZE has formed a deep connection with LA. We’ve proven the city’s defining creativity and are thankful for every opportunity given. We hope to continue this wonderful relationship.”
As of now, RIIZE is currently promoting their debut EP “RIIZING,” which has a small collection of bops to jam to this summer. The main single is “Impossible,” along with additional tracks which also got a music video “One Kiss” and “9 Days.”
