Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have headlined every single media outlet in the United Kingdom since 2020. The controversial royal couple have gone through a lot in the last couple of years, but they also have proved they survived without being under the yoke of the British monarchy.
Recently, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex successfully concluded their “faux-royal” trip to Nigeria. The pair was praised because of their contributions to the different communities they visited, and even some royal experts are now wondering if it is still worth having their Royal titles, when they don’t need them
Heat Magazine fueled the controversy by stating the royals wouldn’t care if King Charles III decided to strip their Royal titles. A royal insider also had a convo with the magazine regarding the new landscape after their Nigerian tour.
“The impact they made in Nigeria and the incredible support they’ve gotten has been so affirming. Meghan feels they needn’t panic about losing their royal titles.” Titles are nice to have, but Harry and Meghan now see that they don’t need them, nor do they need to be on good terms with the royals to make an impact.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reaffirmed they are still succeding in the United States despite not being part of the Royal Family anymore. The pair already are in the works of two Netflix projects, and maybe it is time for them to leave their titles once and for all.
