Social media went crazy after they discovered that a handsome young and tall man, perfectly suited in athletic wear was seen running around the Gyeongpo Lake area in Gangneung. It turned out to be the singer and actor, Cha Eunwoo who decided to participate in the “2024 TNF 100 Gangwon” a global trail running competition.
On May 18, all the cameras were focused on Cha Eunwoo’s overwhelming presence during the trail. The idol is popularly known for being the ambassador of The North Face since August 2023, and now is encouraging everyone to participate in the event, which is held across various countries including South Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore and Australia.
There’s no doubt that Cha Eunwoo knew how to bring the spotlight to the popular trail just with his mere presence. K-Netizens also praised the idol for showing a healthy lifestyle and encouraging people of all ages to follow his path.
The event featured almost 2000 participants from both domestic and international fronts. Kim Ji-sub, a member of the North Face Athlete Team clinched the men’s 100k title in 10 hours, 58 minutes, and 56 seconds. On the other hand, Park Ji-young clinched the women’s category with 14 hours, 28 minutes, and 31 seconds
