Despite being away from her public duties due to her cancer treatment, Kate Middleton recently received a new honor from Buckingham Palace after the institution included a portrait of the future Queen of the UK in its facilities.
On May 17th, Buckingham Palace inaugurated ‘The Royal Portraits: A Century of Photography‘ where many photos of different members of the royalty were presented, such as the Princess of Wales, for whom she received great honor thanks to her portrait by Paolo Roversi.
This art piece of Prince William’s wife was shared for the first time in 2022, the day before the Princess turned 40, with the legend, “This is one of three new portraits which will enter the permanent collection of the @NPGLondon, of which The Duchess is Patron“.
The incredible picture of the Princess is currently present in the ‘King’s Gallery‘, proving the importance and influence of Kate Middleton in the monarchy. The Buckingham Palace invites people to see the “never-before-seen portraits of the Royal Family“.
