In a recent revelation, a royal expert shared that this is the ‘royal tradition‘ that Prince George breaks as a future king, despite the fact that he is one of the most important figures of the British Monarchy, as he marked the next generation of royals by being the firstborn of Prince William and the next in the line of succession to the UK throne after his father.

The comentarist and royal expert Simon Vigar said the young heir breaks an important and legendary tradition in the British monarchy by saying “he’s the first future king to have a ‘commoner’ as his mum, that in itself is a massive break from tradition“, but this is not all, as he also said that Prince George will lose an “important sense of discipline” as he would probably not serve in the military.

Besides the inevitable breakdown of a great royal tradition, Simon Vigar said that the royal family “is less formal, it’s not quite as starchy as it used to be, and I think George will continue that“, following in the footsteps of his grandfather King Charles III and their supportive and very modern parents, Prince Wiliam and Kate Middleton.
