Although, throughout her life, Queen Camilla Parker has captivated the world by wearing incredible outfits, making her one of the most fashionable members of the British monarchy, she has also provoked a negative reaction from environmental protectors and those who defend human and animal rights.
However, in recent days, it was revealed that Queen Camilla Parker will no longer buy real fur for her wardrobe, as said by the PETA UK organization in an official statement, where they revealed that Buckingham Palace sent them a letter in which they assured the current monarch has committed to stop acquiring more of this real fur for her wardrope garments such as footwear, hats, and gloves, among others.
This decision follows the steps of her husband, King Charles III, in having an eco-friendly reign, as he supports many important movements to help the environment, besides following the steps of the late Queen Elizabeth, who resigned wearing real animal fur in her wardrobe in 2019.
