Ever since Chris Hemsworth graced our screens as the mighty Thor, his muscular physique has left fans swooning and thirsting. And it’s no surprise, the actor is both known for his muscular body and for his dedication to fitness. Particularly, he’s no stranger to getting into rigorous training sessions for his roles, and the upcoming film “Furiosa” will be another proof of that!
Now, the Aussie actor is set to impress again in the upcoming film “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga,” which sees him taking on a role that’s all about showcasing his body. On this occasion, Chris will unveil the fruits of months of intense training, where he’s pushed his limits to craft the perfect look for his bad guy character, Dr.Dementus.
So here’s a peek into Chris Hemsworth’s explosive fitness training: medicine ball throws, incline rows, push-ups, renegade rows, lateral raises, and cable triceps extensions. The intense workout was made with the actor’s trainer, Luke Zocchi. These two are no rookies when it comes to big-screen transformations, as they’ve joined their fitness forces to transform Chris for “Thor,” “Men in Black: International,” and now “Furiosa.”
In this film, Chris Hemsworth totally needed that badass transformation! He’s all about leading his biker gang and looking like someone you don’t want to mess with, so let’s just say that Luke and Chris were really up for the challenge.
Mark your calendars to see Dr.Dementus in “Furiosa.” The film is set to premiere on May 24th.
