BTS’ Jin was the first of the seven members from the group to enlist in the South Korean military army to fulfill his duties in December, 2022. The idol is expected to be discharged on June 12, which brought bittersweet feelings to his fans, better known as ARMY because they don’t want his career to be affected because of HYBE’s controversy.
After 18 months, Jin is going to be the first discharged from his military duties. The uncertainty of the rising feud between ADOR’s CEO, Min Hee Jin, and the HYBE label, might affect the idol’s career directly.
Recently, the members of NewJeans under ADOR have been a clear example of how this dispute affected their careers. ARMY hopes that Jin is going to find a different landscape out of the controversy when he is finally discharged.
