Okay, BTS lovers, time for some chart fun facts! This time is all about our boy V, who has been smashing music lists with his latest single “FRI(END)S.” This bop has recently reached a new milestone, going No.1 on iTunes in more than 100 countries and getting millions of streams on Spotify.

Here’s the info: V (and Taehyung for OG fans) is now sitting atop the iTunes charts in big music industries like the United States or Japan. Similarly, “FRI(END)S” has currently amassed a whopping 140 million streams on Spotify, and it’s also the biggest debut by a K-pop solo artist on the platform, with 4,72 million streams back when it first dropped.

And just like that, V keeps proving that, even though he and his BTS homies are still completing their military service, there’s no obstacle for their solo projects to shine. Fans continue to support their tracks while they’re absent, so can you imagine the frenzy when they get back together and actively promote? Insane!
