The German press referred to Infanta Sofía in a very curious way on her birthday

On April 29th, Infanta Sofia turned 17 years old, celebrating it with style along with her family, Queen Letizia and King Felipe VI. As expected, many media outlets shared the news, highlighting the qualities of the young woman. However, one media outlet especially stood out from the rest by making an interesting reference to her.

The German media outlet ‘Bunte’, like many others yesterday, took its time to focus on the birthday of the Spanish royalty member, but it did so in a unique way, calling her “Princess Leonor’s great support turns 17“. Although the media suppressed Infanta Sofia’s name, they intended to emphasize the little sister’s support for the heir as well as explain the teenager’s birth circumstances.

And, as is evident in all of the Spanish royal family’s public appearances, Infanta Sofia and Princess Leonor consistently exhibit a strong bond, working together and displaying their genuine support for one another.
