Hopes of a family reconciliation were raised when it was confirmed that the UK monarch and his youngest son, the Duke of Sussex, would meet in London during the month of May, but according to reports, King Charles III is reportedly too busy to have a long meeting with Prince Harry.
According to new reports to the British media, The Telegraph, the possibility of a meeting between the monarch and his youngest son is very slim, or if it is arranged, it would be as short as the previous one, as the king is “quite busy” due to his recent return to royal duties after his break from cancer treatment.
Although both will be in London during the same week, schedules are busy as Prince Harry is visiting the city to attend the tenth anniversary ceremony of the Invictus Games at St. Paul’s Cathedral on May 8th, and although he may intend to chat with his father, it would be difficult.
The King will be very busy in London, as on the day Harry will be in England’s capital, the monarch will have his weekly audience with the Prime Minister before attending the first garden party of the season at Buckingham Palace, so he may not get a chance to share a good chat with his youngest son.
