After a few months, things finally seem to be back to normal in the royal family, as on April 26th, it was announced that King Charles III will be back to his royal duties, as well as offering important updates on his cancer treatment that indicate that everything is going well.
It was Buckingham Palace that shared this information, revealing that King Charles III will be performing his royal duties starting on April 30th, when he will visit a cancer treatment center to meet with doctors and patients.
This excursion will be just the first of many public activities that the monarch will be doing over the next few weeks, and the report even claims that he will participate in a state visit to Buckingham Palace for the Emperor and Empress of Japan at the end of June.
This is encouraging news, as if the monarch has planned a schedule of activities until June, it means he has made positive progress on his health, as a palace spokesman confirmed: “Doctors are sufficiently pleased with the progress made so far that The King is now able to resume a number of public-facing duties“.
A palace spokesman revealed the King’s mood following the news of his current condition, saying, “His Majesty is greatly encouraged to be resuming some public-facing duties and very grateful to his medical team for their continued care and expertise“.
