During a recent interview with Variety, Billie Eilish spoke about her sexuality, confessing, “I’ve never really felt like I could relate to girls very well”, and then adding, “I’m attracted to them as people. I’m attracted to them for real“, making a public confession of her sexual orientation.
Months after that interaction with Variety, Billie gave an interview to Rolling Stone to promote her new album ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft‘ that will be released this coming May 17th, previewing a little of what’s to come and talking about her daring song ‘Lunch’.
A song with very explicit lyrics in which she sings, “I could eat that girl for lunch / Yeah, she dances on my tongue“, regarding this, she commented, “That song was actually part of what helped me become who I am, to be real“, and apparently discover her sexuality.
In addition, she confessed, “I wrote some of it before even doing anything with a girl and then wrote the rest after. I’ve been in love with girls for my whole life, but I just didn’t understand—until last year, I realized I wanted my face in a vagina“.

Finally, the singer said, “I was never planning on talking about my sexuality ever in a million years. It’s really frustrating to me that it came up“, regarding how she came out publicly in her previous interview since she seemed to not want to make it public.
