Her personal trainer, Kirk Myers, has recently spilled that Tay’s workout could make someone “throw up” or “have to lay down.” We can already feel how exhausting it could be!

Surprisingly, this dynamic fitness duo have known each other for a couple of years, as Taylor Swift herself started working with her trainer in the “1989” era. Since then, Myers went on to say that our pop queen has the discipline of an athlete. The reason? She dedicates up to six days a week, two hours a day to fitness and even does cardio outside the gym!
Tay Tay maintains her fitness goals even during her demanding “Eras Tour,” which is necessary due to her show being over three hours long per night (with dancing, and singing involved). While performing live around the world, She continues to work out twice a week for maintenance, stability, and mobility.
