On April 17th, Travalyst‘s annual general meeting was held, where it was confirmed that Prince Harry has officially abandoned his British residence and declared the United States his home, according to documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
The prince made his comments public through a video link at the annual general meeting, and as part of the protocol of the organization that takes place at the end of the year, the agency had to make some statements where relevant details about Harry’s residence are appreciated, which drew much attention.
Travalyst is a non-profit travel agency founded in 2019 by the Duke of Sussex. At the time of creating the organization, Harry established in the legal documents that his country of residence was the United Kingdom; however, a new update has emerged where this has changed.
As Harry’s official documents now state the United States as his legal place of residence, this means that the prince has renounced his British residency, implying that he has no intention of returning to the United Kingdom permanently.
