In this unexpected yet dignified twist, Queen Letizia greeted approximately 240 guests while seated, which is different from traditional royal protocols. The reason? Health concerns regarding chronic metatarsalgia, a condition causing pain in the ball of the foot, compounded by Morton’s neuroma in her right foot, which results from thickened tissue around a toe nerve.

These ailments are related to Letizia’s prolonged use of high heels, making her switch things up for more comfortable footwear. Although this adaptation was unconventional, it showcased her graceful handling of royal duties, despite health concerns!

To top things off, the Queen of Spain was seen wearing a dream-like royal blue satin gown with a yellow sash. Her sparkly accessories included Queen Victoria Eugenie’s diamond earrings and a special grey pearl brooch from the Joyas de Pasar. The best part?
