EXO celebrates their 12th anniversary with an emotional fan meeting

EXO has been widely considered one of the pioneers of Kpop music, their charisma and talent have made them one of the most beloved groups in the scene. The nostalgia of how quickly the time passes also played a valuable role in their latest fan meeting to mark their 12th anniversary in the industry.

On April 14, The ‘2024 EXO FAN MEETING: ONE’ took place at the Inspire Arena in Yeongjongdo, Incheon. The show also was steamed online Beyond LIVE and Weverse LIVE. According to Beyond Live, almost 103 regions worldwide joined the event online to celebrate this amazing milestone.

The fan meeting featured six out of the eight members of the boyband because Kai and Sehun are currently fulfilling their military duties with the country. Despite this fact, the night became a memorable encounter with the fans who couldn’t contain their tears.

EXO performed “I’ll Protect You” as an encore stage to express their gratitude towards their fans worldwide. They even give an emotional speech explaining how happy they are because of celebrating 12 years with their loyal fans. They also give a substantial update that they are going to keep making music and performances for a little more time.
