BTS’ Suga’s ‘D-Day Tour: The Movie’ hits No. 2 at the United States Box Office premiere

The release of BTSSuga‘s documentary ‘D-Day Tour: The Movie‘ has been named a success after hitting No. 2 at the United States Box Office premiere and selling out shows quickly, proving its popularity in the U.S. and his great music talent.

This production shows a window into what happened on Suga’s solo tour in 2023 before he starts his military enlistment, showing fans a unique behind-the-scenes perspective and including exciting cameos from his groupmates RM, Taehyung, and Jimin.

According to the latest figures from Box Office Mojo, the film ranked second at the U.S. box office and grossed $961,015 on its opening day alone, second only to the iconic classic ‘Godzilla vs. Kong: The New Empire’. While in the worldwide Box Office accumulates a total of $2,200,905.

Suga started the solo tour in the U.S. as he felt confident because he has an incredible fandom in the U.S., which is another reason that his music documentary has been so successful. It was directed by Park Jun Soo; it lasts 90 minutes, and according to fans, it is “a complete work of art“.
