Prince Harry was channeling both cover model and mental health mogul vibes at the BetterUp Uplift summit in San Francisco. The Duke of Sussex showed up to the event with a fit figure in a white suit, paired with a sleek grey blaze. The result? A combination of sexy and charming.
Our dashing prince didn’t pose alone, though. He was joined by the hilarious “Ocean’s 8” and “The Office” star, Mindy Kaling. In addition, other big brains like Dr. Adam Grant and Cisco’s Kelly Jones provided their input at the BetterUp Uplift summit, which was all about mental health and combating burnout and stress at work.

At an Inner Work Day for the mental health and coaching company in 2022, The Prince confessed his morning routine includes a mix of meditation, working out, and taking his dog out. So that’s how he keeps both his fit figure and mental state in check!
