Prince Harry and Prince William’s relationship has become strained over the years because of Harry’s declarations toward William in his memoir, “Spare.” Ultimately, the two royal brothers stopped talking and even tried to avoid each other during important royal events.
Since the Duke of Sussex stepped down from his royal duties in 2020, Prince William and Harry have had counted encounters. They have shared the room during Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral and King Charles III’s coronation Day. However, they tried to minimize contact at all when it was not required.
Recently, it was reported the Duke of Westminster was going to celebrate his wedding and he invited some Royal Family members, including Prince Harry. The rumors increased rapidly that the two brothers would reunite at the nuptials almost a year after their last meeting.
Unfortunately, Prince Harry allegedly turned down his invitation to the wedding to avoid an “awkward” encounter with the Royal Family, particularly with Prince William. It was said the Prince called the Duke of Westminster to apologize for any inconvenience at him having to refuse. Prince Harry is restraining himself from having a good time because of Prince William and the possible consequences attached to it.
