Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are currently in a better light with the Royal Family after they have shown their support towards King Charles III and Kate Middleton. However, Meghan could spoil all of the progress between the two parties with her latest decision about her upcoming trip to the United Kingdom.
The Duke of Sussex is scheduled to return to his homeland on May 8 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games. The Prince’s itinerary includes a special service at St. Paul’s Cathedral and a couple of public appearances. However, Meghan Markle’s presence is still a matter of debate.
The former royal correspondent, Charles Rae shared his thoughts on Meghan Markle’s alleged visit to the United Kingdom next month, along with Prince Harry. Unfortunately, the insights are not favorable for the Prince.
“I believe Meghan will never set foot in the UK again. I don’t think she has any desire to have any connection with this country whatsoever. I don’t think she fully grasped the hierarchy within the royal family. You have the monarch, the Prince of Wales, and then everyone else below. She wanted to be the star, and when that didn’t happen, she simply packed up and left for America.”
The correspondent also explained Prince Harry is experiencing “sleepless nights” in anticipation of his upcoming visit to the United Kingdom next month. Although Meghan Markle has accompanied the Prince during his journey with the Invictus Games, this might be the first time he must do it on his own because of the Duchess’ decisions.
