King Charles III continues to be quite a detail-oriented hairdresser with his wife, and this time he would surprise Queen Camilla with a romantic escape amid his cancer treatment with the intention of celebrating their 19th wedding anniversary on April 9th, a royal demonstration of love.

Last weekend was the monarch’s first public appearance since his cancer diagnosis was announced, and it seems all is going well, as he has since planned a private trip to Birkhall, the monarch’s private home in Scotland.

Birkhall is a place with a lot of history and meaning for the couple since it was in that same location in 2005 when Camilla agreed to marry the King, which added value to this secret getaway that Charles III planned to have a date and remember those beautiful moments with his current wife.

There is no doubt that planning a surprise date to celebrate their 19th wedding anniversary, even when you are going through health issues, is a very touching act of love, and it is clear that thanks to these small details or gestures, their relationship has continued to thrive because they do not lose the romance.
