Despite the British actor’s great fame around the world after his characteristic role as Spider-Man in the ‘Home’ saga, it was not well received when it was revealed that the production behind the new version of the Butch Hartman series for Nickelodeon would want Holland as the star.

According to a new report by Hollywood Handle, the production company Paramount Pictures would be interested in becoming the actor of 27 in a teen with paranormal powers, with the live action of the cartoon from the early 2000s.
On networks, fans seem not to agree with this possible decision, leaving comments such as “So many actors in this world and it’s always the same ones we choose“, “this is terrible casting and love Tom“, and “Omg no shade but there’s so many other great actors other than Tom holland“.
