Recent revelations assured Prince William took different approaches to revealing Kate Middleton’s cancer to their children, Louis, George, and Charlotte, due to their age differences and their ways to understand these serious situations.

A few days ago, the Princess of Wales decided to share the sad news that she was diagnosed with cancer after abdominal surgery, and now she will continue away from public duties as she is receiving chemotherapy treatment.

For their part, the King Charles III former butler revealed some details about how the Princess kids received the news, something that the British people were worried about as they are too young: “I’m sure it was a very difficult and very different conversation between children“.

The butler Grant Harrold continued talking about the youngest, who is 5 years old: “For Louis I’m sure the conversation was more sugarcoated than it was with George and Charlotte“, as they are 10 years old and 8 years old, respectively.

In addition, he said, “The older children can understand more, so I’d imagine it was a little more frank but undoubtedly staying positive, which is so important“. He highlights how difficult this is  for them and imagines that “Charlotte and George are going to be good supports for her“.
