The Princess of Wales has been out of the public eye since she underwent a planned abdominal surgery, Kensington Palace has remained silent and the concern has reached a new climax. Unfortunately, Kim Kardashian was there to spark controversy regarding the health status of the royal member.

On March 16, The American star posted a couple of photographs on her Instagram account with the following caption, “On my way to go find Kate.” The post received backlash because of its insensitive message toward someone who might be suffering a slow recovery from surgery.
