A spokesperson for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle talks on the Kate Middleton edited photo controversy to deny that the Duchess of Sussex’s entourage made comments about Markle experiencing a similar situation.
Amid gossip about a photo of Kate Middleton and her children that was shared on the occasion of Mother’s Day in the UK, which had a large amount of retouching and provoked even more assumptions about Kate’s health, an official spokesperson for Harry and Meghan spoke about it.
A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Archewell Foundation denied what an alleged source close to Prince Harry reportedly revealed to Page Six. The spokesperson claimed that the quotes published by the media outlet, which claimed a source “close to Prince William, Harry and his wife” did not come from the Sussexes.
The alleged statement claimed at the time that the editing error “is not a mistake Meghan Markle would ever make,” and noted that “Markle has a good eye and an uncanny attention to detail.”
However, Archewell’s official spokesperson told Newsweek that the information shared with Page Six “did not come from the Sussexes or their circle,” stating, “With respect to Page Six, that did not come from us, it’s completely false,” defending Meghan and Harry on false comments regarding the Kate Middleton photo.
