Max’s “House of the Dragon” became a global phenomenon because of the great story development it had during its 10 episodes. Despite numerous fans strongly believing the series wouldn’t be on the same level as “Game of Thrones,” the show proved otherwise. And now, season two is just around the corner.

The anticipation for “House of the Dragon” season two reached its climax after JP Perrete, CEO and President of Global Streaming and Games for Warner Bros, announced the acclaimed show would be back in June on Max during a conference held on March 4.}

Although there is not an exact date of premiere, Perrete gave substantial information on this new iconic series. The second season’s filming started on April 11, 2023, in Warner Bros. Leavesden Studios and kept filming despite the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike because the scripts were finished before the strike.

The second season of Max’s “House of the Dragon” promises to come back stronger than ever, the series is still exploring the complex dynamics of power, loyalty, and betrayal, three elements that make the series a binge-watching worthy show.
