The ‘socialite’ Lady Colin Campbell, who is quite an expert on the British monarchy and first biographer of Diana of Wales, spoke and offered an appreciation that has turned out to be quite striking about Prince William and Kate Middleton as well as their intentions to become kings.
The author, before talking about the future kings, first showed her agreement with the statements that have been shared about the health of King Charles III: “What has been said for the moment is that the cancer has been caught in time and the prognosis is good. We have to maintain this idea, if only out of respect for the King“.
This respect that, from her point of view, Charles III deserves in the role of worthy successor of Queen Elizabeth II, with the surprise that “people are closing ranks around King Charles“: “It was already seen at the coronation. He had a success that was not expected,” she added in her talk with the aforementioned media.
On the absence of Kate Middleton in the public spotlight, Campbell said: “How many sick people want pictures of her to be seen? It is perfectly normal and natural that she has not been seen“. She also denied Concha Calleja, another royal expert, clarifying that “the Princess of Wales has never been in a coma”.
The alarming revelation was, however, at the end, when she assured that “I don’t think William wants to be king now. Katherine doesn’t want to be queen right now either.” Although she did assure that, in the event that they have to assume those responsibilities, “they are very prepared to do it. In fact, they would do it very well“.
