After the cancer diagnosis of King Charles III was announced, many responsibilities fell on Prince William, which has led Kate Middleton to feel ‘abandoned‘ by her husband amid abdominal surgery recovery and her absence from her public duties in the monarchy.

Despite the first days of her recovery, Prince William paused his activities in the monarchy to be by her side. The last week has been very busy for him, traveling and having long meetings. Due to this, a palace insider said, “She has felt abandoned by her husband“.

The health condition of the monarch brought the Prince of Wales many responsibilities, which “pulled him away from Kate” due to revelations that “he’s preparing to take over the throne. He’s also checking on his father more, and William had to deal with Harry’s recent visit“.

The palace insider also said that although Kate Middleton is always so understanding with royal matters, Prince William “has to slow down and focus on his wife and the kids more. They need him more now than ever“.
