Prince William abandons an important event for ‘personal reasons’. Is Kate Middleton okay?

While it is true that Prince William was scheduled to perform a memorial reading for the late King Constantine II of Greece, who was his godfather, something happened at the last minute, and he had to abandon the important event for “personal reasons“, which leads everyone to question: Is Kate Middleton okay?
