One of the most iconic and beloved movies by all audiences is The Devil Wears Prada, and seeing Meryl Streep’s performance alongside Anne Hathaway has become a classic that you want to see day after day making the movie quickly become a cult classic to watch with your friends and thanks to the SAG Awards, we saw the cast together.
Recently the SAG Awards 2024 were held, where one of the most iconic moments we got to see was when the three most famous performers from the movie, The Devil Wears Prada, Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt reunited, making us remember one of the most enjoyable moments in cinema.
Hathaway appeared on stage with her “Devil Wears Prada” co-stars Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt during the awards show, which streamed live on Netflix, to present the nominees for Best Male Actor in a Comedy Series, which was awarded to Jeremy Allen White for “The Bear.” Hathaway confirmed to the Hollywood Reporter that her look was created to honor the now iconic style lecture delivered in the film by Meryl Streep’s character and her Miranda Priestly character.
“This look was guided by a practical reality: I was literally stepping off a plane and landing on the carpet, so I needed something visually striking but body-friendly,” “Also, considering who I was presenting to, I asked for a very specific color.”
The movie “The Devil Wears Prada” was released in 2006 and became one of the most famous movies of the 2000s. This 2024, the movie will return as a musical in London, England.
Without a doubt the SAG Awards gave us some great moments such as seeing Pedro Pascal with a few too many drinks on stage, but without a doubt seeing the cast of our favorite movie was what we all enjoyed the most. Are you agree with the best moment of the SAG Awards?
