Following generating curiosity and moving the British people with his statements, King Charles III gives an intimate look at the support cards that made him cry after his cancer diagnosis was announced, making him receive many massages from a great part of the population.
Since February 5th, when the U.K. monarch revealed he was diagnosed with cancer, he has been resting from public appearances due to the start of his treatment. However, the King returned to update his health status in a video reunion with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.
During their interaction, King Charles III revealed that he had “received countless heartwarming messages and cards. They’ve brought tears to my eyes most of the time“, and now he has returned to the social networks to show some of the supporting words from the British.
On Friday, The Correspondence Team at Buckingham Palace revealed that they have “received more than 7,000 letters and cards from across the world“, thanking the people for their words and sharing the King’s opinion: “Such kind thoughts are the greatest comfort and encouragement“.

Some touching and funny messages are: “Never give up. Be brave. Don’t push your limits. Get Well Soon“, “King Charles, at least you don’t have to wear a cone!“, and “Chin up, chest out, remain positive, and don’t let it get you down. Trust me, it works, but the main thing is family“.
