During a recent interview, K-Pop idol ASTRO‘s Cha Eunwoo confessed, ‘I cried a lot‘ about the feelings he conveys in his album ‘ENTITY‘, generating many support messages from his fans around the world who understand the reason behind his vulnerability.
The idol attended the show ‘The Seasons: Red Carpet‘ with Lee Hyori, where he talked about the decision behind his promotion dates for his first solo album, saying he “didn’t want this album to be… all about sales or rankings (…) I didn’t want to schedule activities that could become too commercial or promotional“.
When the host asked him about the reason, it was difficult for him to answer, “So last year has been… personally, one of the toughest times of my life. So, yeah. I… I don’t think I can finish talking about this“, referring to the loss of his groupmate and friend Moonbin on April 19, 2023.
HR: Do you feel okay now after the album is out & you sing at fancon?
EW: I think it’s just something I’ll carry for a lifetime. It’s not easy to say “I’m ok” or “I’m better,” but I feel that if I keep doing what I can in my place, it’ll be better, so I just try to work harder. pic.twitter.com/qW10zjUKRF
